Mindfulness is a way to practice being more centered in the present and more intentional in our daily lives. With this practice, you may find that you are better able to stay focused, that you are more effective in managing stress, that you are more aware of your strengths as well as your limitations, and that you are better able to approach the challenges of your daily life. The groups will meet July 15 through Sept. 12 at noon on the eighth floor of the CLA Building.
