Kick, punch and groove your way to a brand new body in this
action-packed, super fun, safe and effective cardiovascular workout. The
Bronco Fitness Center is offering two five-week sessions this summer, with
classes on Monday and Tuesday. Classes are free for members and $20 per
session for non-members. The class is taught by staff member Lisa Dye. For
