President Ortiz to Meet with State Sen. Bob Huff

State Senator Bob Huff (R-Walnut) represents the 29th DistrictPresident Ortiz invites the campus community to join him as he meets with local legislators about the financial crisis that is harming Cal Poly Pomona and the entire CSU.

The next meeting will be Friday, Feb. 19 with State Senator Bob Huff (R-29th District). The meeting begins at 3:45 p.m. at 20888 Amar Road, Suite 205 in Walnut.

“Your voices can be extremely powerful as we call on state representatives to step up and be a champion for higher education. If you want to be heard by the right people, then please join me,” Ortiz says.

On Friday, April 16, he will meet with State Senator Gloria Negrete McLeod (D-32nd District) at 11:15 a.m. in her Montclair office, 4959 Palo Verde Street, Suite 100B.
