President Ortiz talks about the budget challenges that Cal Poly Pomona will face in the coming months in a video message on Monday, Jan. 25. Ortiz plans to deliver weekly video updates to keep people informed about what is happening on campus.
The five-minute video message clarifies the governor’s budget proposal for 2010-11. Ortiz also talks about the proposals for reduction and structuring that will be submitted to the Academic Senate in the coming weeks.
