Melissa L. Riordan, executive director of advancement services alumni & annual giving, has been elected to the Executive Board of the CSU Alumni Council, serving as the alumni director’s representative. Representing the alumni directors from the 23 CSU campuses, Riordan will help improve alumni support at each campus and advocacy efforts on a system-wide level. The CSU has about 2 million alumni. During her one-year term, Riordan will attend executive committee meetings at the chancellor’s office, chair the alumni director meetings and report on behalf of the alumni directors at regular CSU Alumni Council meetings in October and March.
