Muhtaseb, professor in the Finance, Real Estate & Law Department in the College of Business Administration, presented a paper in March at the Midwest Finance Association’s annual meeting in Chicago. Muhtaseb, an expert on hedge funds including a term as research director for a London-based international fund research and consulting firm, presented “The Common Factor Among Major Hedge Fund Fraud Cases.”
