| Faculty can place their cap and gowns rental orders with the Bronco Bookstore through April 17. |
Faculty members planning to participate in this year's commencement ceremonies may order their academic regalia beginning April 6. Rental orders may be placed with the Bronco Bookstore through April 17 for delivery in time for the ceremonies held June 12-14. Early ordering is especially critical you plan to attend one of the cultural celebrations held in advance of the traditional ceremonies.
After April 17, there is no guarantee that the correct attire will still be available, and the rental price may increase due to additional shipping charges.
To order by phone, call (909) 869-3273 and have your credit card number and expiration date ready. If you have not recently rented regalia with the Bookstore, you will need to provide your height, weight, cap size, degree earned, university name and location, and preference on doctoral hood colors. The outside velvet can be dark blue for Ph.D., lighter blue for Ed.D., green for medicine or purple for law. The master's degree hood velvet is the color of your discipline, and the inside colors reflect those of your alma mater.
You may also visit the Bronco Bookstore to be measured for your order. Walk-in customers may pay by cash, credit card, personal check with a Bronco ID card or Bronco Bucks.
The following prices will be honored through April 17 for the complete cap, gown, and hood regalia:
- Bachelor's – $53
- Master's – $55
- Doctoral – $59
(Individual items are also available to rent.)
Rentals may be returned to the Bookstore immediately following your ceremony. Staff members will be available in an on-site “Commencement Shop” inside Campus Center to take your regalia. Rentals may also be returned to Bronco Bookstore until June 22.
