World Day for Physical Activity

The Kinesiology & Health Promotion Department is hosting a weeklong series of on-campus activities April 6-10 to celebrate World Day for Physical Activity. The worldwide campaign encourages people to be physically active for at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week. The campus events, mainly at 7 a.m. and at noon, include toning and stretching, walking, easy aerobics and dance aerobics and meet at Building 43. For a detailed calendar of activities, visit .
