Summer 4/10 Schedule Proposed

Based on the success of the 4/10 schedule last summer, the campus is in the process of pursuing a permanent change to the summer operating hours and formally adopting a 4/10 alternate summer work schedule. The campus unions, as well as the Chancellor's Office, have been notified of the intent to make this change.  

Results of the post 4/10 survey conducted at the end of the summer indicated that most employees are in favor of an alternate summer work schedule. In addition, the campus exceeded goals to reduce energy consumption, costs and to reduce our carbon footprint.
