Cal Poly Pomona fans can watch their team compete in the NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament on live television Wednesday night from Laie, Hawaii. The west region title game against BYU-Hawaii will be broadcast live on BYU Television beginning at 10:30 p.m. PDT.
Campus residents can watch the game on Channel 48. In addition, local Dish Network (9403), Direct TV (374) and Verizon FIOS (290) subscribers can also catch the action. Those with high-speed Internet access can also see the game at www.byu.tv/.
In addition, the live webcast will be shown in the Bronco Student Center's Ursa Minor Suite. The viewing is hosted by Bronco Athletics and ASI.
The 3rd-seeded Bronco men advanced to the regional championship with a pair of wins over Cal State San Bernardino (83-81 OT) and Seattle Pacific (80-72) at the west regional in Bellingham, Washington. BYU-Hawaii, the top-seed in the west, defeated Humboldt State (98-84) and Cal State Dominguez Hills (84-71).
The winner advances to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight Men's Basketball Championships in Springfield, Massachusetts.
