The sluggish economy will not deter more than 30 leading hospitality industry firms from searching for recruits at The Collins College of Hospitality Management's 16th annual Hospitality Career Expo on Thursday, Feb. 26. Co-hosted by the Career Center, the career expo will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Collins College.
