Understanding CalPERS

Human Resource Services has been conducting “Understanding CalPERS” workshops for Cal Poly Pomona CalPERS members. The 2 ½-hour presentation is developed and delivered by the Benefits Office. The workshop covers: navigating the CalPERS website, accessing the CalPERS on-line retirement calculator, navigation to Service Credit Purchase information, annual statement and other information. Additional topics covered in this workshop include: benefits at retirement and the process/steps for submitting the retirement application.
