Doug Freer, vice president of student affairs, received the 2008 Outstanding Performance as a Dean/Vice President award from the National Association of Student Professional Administrators (NASPA), Region VI. This prestigious award honors senior managers involved in campus/community leadership and university affairs and who demonstrate a high level competency in administrative skills. Freer will be honored at an awards luncheon of the NASPA 2008 Western Regional Conference in November.
