Dr. Debra Brum, Vice President for Instructional and Information Technology, will be on medical leave for the next two months. She is expected to make a full recovery from a recent illness, but has been advised to rest while additional tests are conducted to determine the cause of her hospitalization.
During the interim, Associate Vice President Stephanie Doda will serve as the division's senior leader.
“Debra is in great spirits and feeling well and strong,” said President Michael Ortiz. “But it is essential that she takes some time and focus on her doctor's recommendations. I&IT is in great hands with Stephanie, who will keep us moving forward until Debra returns.”
Debra would like to thank members of the campus community for their messages of support and well wishes during her recovery.
