The Southern California Food Industry Conference (SCFIC) returns to Cal Poly Pomona on Tuesday, Feb. 12 for its 21st annual conference. The conference titled "Ingredients For Thought" will be held at the Kellogg West Conference Center. It will feature a unique collaboration of industry executives, suppliers, educators and students.
