The Economics Department and Economics Club will host Luis Menendez-Leal Castro, El Salvador's ambassador to the Organization of the American States (OAS), as a guest speaker on Feb. 20 and Feb. 21. The free symposiums will focus on two different topics, as well as a question-answer session.
