Healthy Lifestyles Reward Program

The Benefits Office has made arrangement with Blue Shield of California to conduct a 60-minute presentation about the Healthy Lifestyles Reward Program on Feb. 1 for Blue Shield members who are employees of Cal Poly Pomona. The first 30 minutes will provide information on the Healthy Lifestyle Rewards Program and remaining 30 minutes will provide information regarding benefits.
