Buddy Clements, director of the Cal Poly Pomona Concert Band, has recently started a music publishing and production company – Happy Tuba Music Publishing – registered with ASCAP and is currently writing an arrangement for band which will be performed in this year’s Hollywood Christmas Parade – featured on local and national television.
