N. Gregory Young, professor of Business Law, presented at the International Law Association conference in New York City. Young is researching bilateral investment treaties ? agreements between two countries ? and the implied benefits they have for both partners including economic development and foreign investment. Young and attorney Brian Krantz are co-chairs of the association?s Bilateral Investment and Treaty Development committee.
