Capt. Marc Yim may be halfway around the globe serving at a combat support hospital in Baghdad, yet he and his troops are on the minds of quite a few people here at home. Since first deployed to Iraq in 2003, Yim, a 2001 graduate of the Collins School of Hospitality Management, has kept in touch with his professors.
