Dan Manson, professor and interim chair of Computer Information Systems, has earned the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential. The CISSP examination is based on 10 domains which comprise the International Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)² Common Body of Knowledge® (CBK), which are intended as a compendium of industry best practices for information security. ISC² has granted CISSP credentials to about 50,000 information security professionals throughout the world.
