The Cal Poly Pomona Pace Setters Fall Luncheon on Wednesday, Oct. 31, will honor the group's founder President Emeritus Hugh O. La Bounty.
The luncheon at the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch will also have a special Rose Float presentation by “Mr. Cal Poly Pomona,” Ron Simons, associate vice president of special projects.
Cal Poly Pomona Pace Setters is an association of retired faculty and staff of the university and the Cal Poly Pomona Foundation. Members get the opportunity to remain connected with the university and their former colleagues by receiving timely information, the chance to meet with each other and to visit the campus. Any Cal Poly Pomona faculty, staff or foundation employee who has retired can become a member.
