Help Desk Extends Hours To Evenings

In a pilot project to gauge customer demand, I⁢ has extended its Help Desk hours to 9 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays. These new, extended hours are staffed by one employee and two student assistants. https://www.cpp.edu/~iit/
