Cesar E. Chavez Conference for Higher Education

The campus community is invited to attend the Cesar E. Chavez Conference for Higher Education keynote address by Sal Castro on Friday, April 20, at 9:30 a.m. in the Bronco Student Center, Ursa Minor. In 1968, Castro was instrumental in the high school walkouts throughout East Los Angeles where students protested academic prejudice and dire school conditions.
