Karen Hanna, dean of the College of Environmental Design, was recently notified by the American Institute of Architects/Los Angeles Chapter that she is the recipient of the 2007 Educator of the Year Award in recognition of her immense contributions to the community and profession. She will be honored June 21 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills during the institute’s 2007 Awards Gala.
