Fine Italian Wine Dinner at the RKR

The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch will serve a slice of the Tuscan sun when it hosts a rich, flavorful Italian dinner with fine wine Wednesday, Feb. 7.  

Lucio Gomiero, owner and wine maker of Italian wineries Vignalta in Veneto and La Fiorita in Tuscany, and world renowned food and wine expert Darrell Corti of Corti Bros. in Sacramento, will each lead a discussion during dinner. They are also judges at the annual Los Angeles International Wine and Spirits Competition.

The dinner will showcase wines, greens and oil by Gomiero, who is also the leading international grower of European greens and producer of Vignalta Olive Oil.

The evening of fine Italian wine will be complemented by a menu designed by Collins School chefs Ernest Briones and Scott Rudolph.

Reservations can only be made in person with the purchase of a ticket for the dinner. Tickets, which include dinner and wine, are $85 per person.
