Bill Hughes, director of the W. K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center, was elected vice president of the United States Equestrian Federation's National Affiliates Working Group during the federation's annual meeting in Louisville, Ky. In addition, Hughes serves on USEF's Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
