Michelle Fortier has been named the interim women's basketball coach at Cal Poly Pomona, Director of Athletics Brian Swanson announced Monday. She replaces Kevin Kiernan, who resigned as the successor to longtime coach Paul Thomas last week. A national search will be conducted at the end of the season.
