Firefighters extinguished a small grass fire Monday morning on the Cal Poly Pomona campus. At no point did the blaze endanger, people, livestock or structures. The fire burned in the North Ranch area north of Temple Avenue. Westbound lanes were momentarily closed for emergency vehicles.
