Fall Conference kicked off Monday with President Michael Ortiz' annual state-of-the-university speech. Fall Conference is a 34-year-old tradition at Cal Poly Pomona. It is a time to get into gear for the new academic year and praise faculty, staff and students for their contributions to the university.
