A campus debate, "One Wall, Two Sides: Israel and Palestine: Possibilities for Peace," will take place Thursday, May 18, at noon on the "pancakes" in the University Quad. Nadav Morag, director of the Center for Israel Studies at the University of Judaism and chair of the university's department of Political Science, will speak for the Israel side. Hatem Bazian, a lecturer in the Near Eastern Studies and Ethnic Studies departments at UC Berkeley, will speak on the Palestine side. Campus Debates are sponsored by Associated Students Inc., in collaboration with Coalition for a Just Piece, Campus Forum, Poli- Sci Club, Mexican Student Association, and Hillel.
