The musical trio Gil, Cartas & Tuey will be performing "Music of Americas and the World" at Cal Poly Pomona's Music Recital Hall on Thursday, April 27, at 8 p.m. Their music is a soulful mix of flamenco, Cuban son, tango, bluegrass, bossa nova, Mexican folk, gypsy jazz, blues and classical.
