The California State University on April 27 named four finalists for the presidency of Cal State East Bay. The finalists are: James W. Kho, vice president of operations, DeVry University; Lois Muir, professor of psychology and former university provost and vice president for academic affairs, University of Montana; Mohammad H. Qayoumi, vice president for administration and finance, Cal State Northridge; and Judy K. Sakaki, vice chancellor of student affairs, UC Davis.
