Perky Vetter, director, Motor Development Clinic, professor, Kinesiology & Health Promotion (KHP), recently received the highest award from the California Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance at its annual state conference. The award plaque reads: “Verne Landreth Award, The California Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance is pleased and privileged to present this Association’s Highest Award to Perky Vetter, in grateful recognition of years of inspirational leadership and outstanding contribution to our profession and to the youth and adults of California.” KHP seniors Tina Jones and Bethany Trojanowski received student scholarships at the conference.
