Harrison Named New CSUMB President

The California State University's Board of Trustees on March 15 named Dianne F. Harrison, vice president for academic quality and external programs at Florida State University, as the new president of CSU Monterey Bay. In other news, the percentage of high school graduates who entered the CSU proficient in both mathematics and English increased from 43 to 45 percent from fall 2004 to fall 2005, according to the latest report on college readiness presented to the CSU's Board of Trustees.
