Cal Poly Pomona has been awarded a $100,000 grant from the U.S. Soccer Foundation that will be used to develop an all-conditions field on campus adjacent to Kellogg Field. The money slated for the all-conditions field is to be used for the construction of full-size soccer fields that can used by community and campus groups around the clock, no matter the weather. The grant is an initial step in the eventual construction of a lighted, all-conditions field.
