The physical start of construction on the University Library addition and renovation project, "Phase 1 — The Next Chapter," is slated to begin March 3 and expected to reach completion by Spring 2008. The library will remain open for business during construction, although the project will have a significant impact on the campus community in terms of noise, dust, parking, traffic congestion and pedestrian access.
