I&IT; reminds campus users that it is shutting down the dial-up modem pool (909-869-5995) by Jan. 31 and the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) student registration applications (909-869-5020) by Jan. 12. The two services are used by a dwindling, small number of users and are costly to maintain. IVR users should switch to BroncoDirect, where 99 percent of all registration occurs.
