Norman Gregory Young, professor, Finance, Real Estate & Law, gave a lecture on “Chinese Law and Transformation of State-Owned Enterprises” to faculty and students at the University of San Diego School of Law on Oct. 20. For the past five years, Young has studied, written and lectured on Chinese and international economic law in the United States and abroad.
