Call, e-mail or stop by Visitor & Information Centers where staff and students are trained on university facts, services and facilities and can refer people to the right place the first time. Visitor & Information Centers helped more than 26,000 people during the 2004-05 academic year. In addition, the Visitor Center offers campus tours for new and seasoned faculty and staff, job candidates, special university guests, prospective students and their families, and school children. The Visitor Center will conduct fall quarter campus tours through Dec. 3. Tours are available on Mondays at 9:30 a.m., noon and 1:30 p.m.; Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m.; Wednesdays at 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.; Thursdays at 1:30 and 3:15 p.m.; and Fridays at 1:30 and 3 p.m. Saturday tours will be offered on Oct. 15, 22 and 29, Nov. 19 and Dec. 3 at 1:30 p.m. Appointments are required. Those seeking information can visit the Information Center on the first floor of the CLA Building, the Visitor Center on the first floor of the Bronco Student Center, or the 24-hour self-service Information Booth next to the Parking Booth on Kellogg Drive.
