CSU leaders met in Oakland on Nov. 1 with more than 100 African-American leaders representing business, religious, political, education, and community organizations to encourage efforts to increase the number of African-American students who are eligible for college. In other news, during its Nov. 8-9 meeting, the CSU's Board of Trustees will hear an annual report on campus student fees.
