The College of the Extended University is launching a series of new wine tasting seminars this fall. Novices to certified wine lovers will gain a better understanding of the many varieties of wine as well as develop personal skills for tasting and describing wine, selecting wines in restaurants and wine shops, storing and serving wine with ease plus much more. The first wine tasting seminar will be held Sept. 28, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Kellogg House Pomona. Additional classes will be held Oct. 20 and Nov. 17, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Class fees are $45 per person. Any faculty or staff member who becomes a Friend of Kellogg House Pomona through payroll deduction may attend any one of the three wine tasting seminars for free.
