Michael Carney, professor, Finance, Real Estate & Law, presented an update of second quarter 2005 real estate trends and a forecast for the year ahead at the Quarterly Luncheon Meeting of the Real Estate Research Council of Southern California on Sept. 1 at Kellogg West. In August 2004, Carney delivered a featured real estate presentation on “California Real Estate: An Insight Into the Boom” at the 46th Annual Monterey Bay Appraisal Seminar in Monterey.
