The 2005 Benefits Open Enrollment period will be held Sept. 15 through Oct. 14. During this time, Cal Poly Pomona employees may change, enroll in or cancel any of the following plans: Medical, Dental, FlexCash, Tax Advantage Premium Plan (TAPP), Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA). A "Benefits Alert" with the Open Enrollment Worksheet was mailed campus-wide during the first week of September. All employees who make changes or would like to re-enroll in DCRA or HCRA must return Open Enrollment worksheets to Human Resource Services by Friday, Oct. 14. Copies of Benefits Alert are also available at the Customer Service Center, CLA Building 98, Room B1-20.
