Jan Weiner, university events coordinator, was named Planner of the Year by the Meeting Professionals International, Southern California Chapter (MPISCC). Weiner was presented the award at the organization's annual installation banquet on June 23 at the Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel & Spa in Pasadena.
