Associate Dean Jerald W. Chesser will assume the responsibilities of interim dean for The Collins School of Hospitality Management until a national search for the permanent position is complete, according to Tomas Morales, provost and vice president for Academic Affairs. Chesser's appointment begins Sept. 1.
