Jennifer Schufer, coordinator, Visitor & Information Centers, gave a presentation on “Building an Effective Student Team” at the Collegiate Information and Visitor Services Association’s national conference, June 4-8, in Provo, Utah. Schufer, who has worked in the visitor and information services field for nearly 11 years, was also appointed the member relations chair by the organization’s executive board. During her one-year term, Schufer will focus on member retention issues.
