Estate Planning Seminar


Cal Poly Pomona employees are invited to attend a free presentation about the estate planning process and the benefits involved on Thursday, June 16, 2-3:30 p.m., in the Bronco Student Center's Centaurus Room. The seminar will be presented by Karen J. Simonson, attorney at law and a partner in the Claremont law firm of Taylor, Simonson & Winter. An author and lecturer, Simonson will cover the qualifications that determine the need for a simple will vs. a living trust; components of the durable powers of attorney for health and financial control; and basic estate planning issues on what one needs to do if appointed as an estate executor/executrix or administrator for another individual?s estate.
