Order Faculty Cap & Gown Rentals Now

Faculty members planning to participate in Cal Poly Pomona's commencement ceremonies this year have an opportunity to order their academic regalia rentals now through April 20 in the Bronco Bookstore. Rental orders placed during this time will be delivered before commencement ceremonies June 10-12.

Early ordering is especially critical for those faculty who are planning to attend one of the cultural ceremonies held prior to the traditional commencement ceremonies. After April 20, there is no guarantee that the correct attire will still be available, plus the rental price will increase due to additional shipping charges.

The following rental prices for complete cap, gown and hood regalia will be honored through April 20:

  • Bachelor's = $45
  • Master's = $49
  • Doctorate = $52 (Doctoral faculty may also request a tam, rather than a mortarboard. If available, cost for the complete set is $65.)

Visit the Bronco Bookstore to be measured for your order. Walk-in customers may pay with cash, check or credit card.

Faculty who have not ordered academic regalia from the bookstore previously will be asked their height, weight, cap size, degree earned, university attended and preference on doctoral hood colors.
