Attention faculty: Do you know students who have a story to tell about navigating their way through Cal Poly Pomona? The divisions of Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Instructional & Information Technology, and Associated Students Inc. are developing an innovative new Web site tool for students and faculty advisers. The Web site, to be debut at a later date, will include reference material for students and advisers, including real student experiences to provide guidance through the educational journey at Cal Poly Pomona. Students are invited to submit their stories through a campaign called Communicate Your Course at www.communicateyourcourse.com. Students who include contact information with their stories may be invited to join focus groups to help build composite stories that best represent student experiences. Those who submit stories and provide contact information now through May 13 will be entered into an opportunity drawing to win a 256 MB Apple IPOD Shuffle.
